1. What MatchReady Is

MatchReady is a web application that helps international medical graduates (IMGs) organize their residency application process. It provides tools for tracking USMLE exam progress, clinical experiences, letters of recommendation, research, program signals, interviews, and rank lists.

MatchReady is not medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of match success. It is an organizational tool.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account

3. Your Data

You own the data you enter into MatchReady. We do not claim ownership of your application data, exam scores, or personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

By using MatchReady, you consent to the collection and use of anonymized, aggregate data for product improvement and academic research as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Program Data

MatchReady includes residency program information sourced from publicly available databases (FREIDA, Residency Explorer) and community contributions. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that program data (including visa sponsorship status, position counts, or score requirements) is current or complete. Always verify program information directly with the program.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use MatchReady for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the platform
  • Submit false or misleading program reports
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

6. Pricing

MatchReady is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, existing free features will remain accessible, and we will provide advance notice of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

MatchReady is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: match outcomes, application decisions, or reliance on program data displayed in the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MatchReady after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
